These terms apply to anyone using Stewarding Hub. By signing in, you agree to them.

The service and who it is for

Stewarding Hub is subscription software for hotel departments. It is provided to the hotel (the "customer"), which sets up accounts for its own team. Where the customer has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement prevails over these terms.

Subscriptions, trials and billing

• Plans are billed per property, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store card numbers.
• A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription at its end unless it is cancelled first.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the service continues to the end of the paid period. Unless the law says otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded.
• If a payment fails or a subscription ends, the hotel's access may be locked. Data is not deleted at that point, and the customer may ask for an export for a reasonable period afterwards.

Accounts

Accounts are issued by the customer's administrator and are for your use only. Keep your password private and tell your administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for your department's work.
• Enter information that is accurate and that you are allowed to record.
• Do not try to access accounts, data or parts of the system you have not been given access to, or interfere with its operation.

Your department's data

Information entered into the service belongs to the department or organization that uses it. How it is collected and handled is described in the privacy policy.

Availability

The service is maintained with care, but it may occasionally be unavailable for updates or for reasons outside the operator's control. Keep your own copies of anything you are required to retain.
